  • I learned how large divisions and teams can still be collaborative if there is a culture of teaching each other. Everyone, from the Digital Assets Team to the Sustainability Lab was willing to hop on a coffee chat and pass on nuggets of knowledge, perspective, and tools. It’s impressive what humble but hardworking people can achieve in large systems, all contributing meaningfully.

  • I am grateful to my manager and team director for trusting me with responsibilities that went beyond intern expectations and fostered agency. The repository project did not exist: I noticed after talking to multiple employees that this would improve efficiency, and talked with a broad set of leaders to make it happen. Their ability to teach me and let me do what they were doing as longer-term employees helped me grow and understand the work tremendously.
