I love exploring concepts in financial inclusion through an econometric and impact evaluation lens. It gives me the agency to form my own views, instead of relying on second-hand consumption. There is something powerful about learning how to verify. Being able to do things from scratch - like research, build better models or products - is why I chose to pursue a technical degree and want to improve my technical skills. Again, this is just scratching the surface of what thorough research can do: we were on a short deadline for a course.
