There is a lot of space for improvement for this paper to be academically rigorous. I like to look at it this way: I scratched the surface of what impact evaluation and econometric research looks like, and thought about some core foundations by critiquing and improving an existing study. I like investigating papers that look at socioeconomic system changes. Practicing how to write a memo was a good plus.
